Support Urchin Tracking Software

You will need a user name and password to access your Urchin tracking software. If you don't already have one, Urchin user names and passwords are issued upon request.

To access the website tracking software for your site, enter the following URL into the address bar of any web browser (e.g. Internet Exporer) replacing "yourdomain.com" with the actual domain name of your website.

URL: http://www.yourdomain.com:9999

At the Urchin login screen, enter your assigned User Name and Password (remember user names and passwords are case sensitive), then click login.

There are help screens available for every page of the results - use them to help you interperet your results.
