Online 1003 Basics

Before using your online 1003 application you should test the application using one of your own email addresses. You will not only see the emails that you, the lender receive, but also the message sent to the borrower. The borrower message can be modified to suit your preference inside your admin control panel.

1003 Edit Initial Email Panel

Whenever a borrower starts an application you will receive an email with the information they provide on the first page of the application.

If they complete the quick application you will also receive a second email containing the details input into quick applications short form.

If the borrower chooses the complete 1003 you will only receive a second email once the borrower clicks on “Save and Finalize” the application, when you receive this email it will have the Fannie Mae file attached to it.

In the event a borrower only partially fills out the application you can generate this second email including the attachment yourself. Log in to your 1003 Admin panel and click on “Manage Borrowers” in the left hand column and then click “Send Fannie Loan Officer”, select the email address to send to and any message you want to include and then click “Send Mail”.

You’ll find a link called “Login” at the very bottom of your home page, click on this link and login to your admin panel using your master login and your primary password. You may store up to 150 applications at any given time in your admin panel and you may start up to 100 new applications each month. You should periodically login and delete any applications which are no longer needed to prevent exceeding the 150 application limit.
